Payment for your order signifies that you agree to the following terms and conditions. Thank you for supporting my business!

Pre-Order and Payment 

After placing and paying for your order through my hotplate.com link you will receive a receipt for your order. We currently take cash and Venmo payment upon delivery, but will be discontinuing cash payment options the end of August.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds:

I understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your advance order please note the following policies:

• Cancellations must be in writing to joysbread@gmail.com
• If your order is canceled before prior to 3 days before delivery/pick-up it will be refunded in full. 
• If your order is canceled within 3 days of the scheduled delivery/pick-up there will be no refund; however, you will receive your order with instructions for freezing your products to keep them safe until they are needed. 
• If you need to reschedule a paid order more than 3 days away, you may apply the paid amount pending my availability.
   

Pick-up

All sales are for pick-up at the location and time agreed upon time unless otherwise advertised. Due to cottage food laws, I am unable to ship any items. Please Inquire if delivery is needed.

Pick-Up Locations and Times

Preferred pick-up dates and times are determined by the location and pick-up windows offered.

If you are running late, please contact me at (405) 230-2182 via phone or text. Orders that are not picked up within 1 hour of the set pick-up window, and you have not made other arrangements with me, are subject to forfeiture and no refunds will be given.

Price Adjustments

All prices are subject to change. Because our prices are often dictated by ingredient and supply costs, We cannot honor past-date pricing.

Care

Once you accept your order, it becomes your responsibility. For best results please be aware of the following:

• Sourdough and yeast breads are made WITHOUT preservatives. Please consume bread within 2-3 days for maximin freshness and flavor.
• Store sourdough in a paper bag, beeswax wrap or bread box to preserve texture and taste.
• Revive stale sourdough bread loaf by sprinkling with water and heating in the oven at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes. 
• Refresh or reheat rolls by placing on a baking sheet or pan, covering with a damp towel covered by foil, and reheat at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes.
• Slice and freeze yeast or sourdough bread in a sealed bag for 3 to 6 months.
• Avoid storing in the refrigerator as it will dry out the bread.
• Please ask for additional instructions if needed.

Cottage Foods Laws & Allergens

I am a fully licensed cottage food operator within the state of Oklahoma. As such, our products are prepared pursuant to the state cottage food laws in a home kitchen that has not been inspected by the Department of Health. All items are prepared in a kitchen that contains nuts, eggs, dairy, and gluten.
